SEA Staff - Surf Instructors, Swimming Instructors

SEA's highest quality staff are made up of Surf Instructors, Swimming Instructors, Professional Surf Lifeguards and Pool Lifeguards.

Having a great product is important, but having the right people to reflect that product is critical. A large majority of SEA Staff – and we employ over 150 - are successful athletes in their own right. At the 2007 NSW Surf Lifesaving Championships - SEA staff won 44 gold medals

The message through instruction is paramount to the success of our program.

All SEA Staff have minimum Surf Life Saving Bronze Medallion, SEA Instructor Certificate and Senior First Aid Certificate qualifications. All staff annually undertake Proof of Identity, Employment Screening and Working with Children checks.
