1. About Us
SEA Australia Pty Ltd (28 100954603) provides surf education, ocean safety programs, and outdoor activities for schools, individuals and groups. Our programs include school-based learning, surf and snorkel sessions, and holiday programs at Manly Beach, Sydney.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Use the website in any way that may disrupt or damage its functionality
- Upload any harmful code (e.g. viruses, malware)
SEA Australia may suspend or block access to the website if misuse is suspected.
3. Booking and Payments
Bookings for school programs – please fill in the contact form and SEA will work with the school to find a suitable date, schools will be given 1st right of refusal for the corresponding day the following year. Please refer to the booking terms & conditions, sent by email once the booking is confirmed.
Bookings for holiday programs can be made online. By submitting a booking:
- You agree to provide accurate personal and payment information
- You authorise SEA Australia to process your payment using a secure third-party payment provider
- You understand that participation in programs may be subject to specific eligibility, consent, or waiver forms
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unsafe weather, surf conditions or insufficient numbers. If we cancel, you’ll be offered a reschedule or full refund.
4. Risk and Participation
Participation in surf and ocean activities involves inherent risks. By booking a program, you acknowledge and accept those risks. All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must complete a waiver and medical disclosure form prior to participation.
SEA Australia’s staff are highly trained and all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety; however, we are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from participation unless caused by our proven negligence.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, videos, and downloadable materials—is the property of SEA Australia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you consent to our data practices outlined there.
